I’ve worked with Erik for the past year on customization and adoption of Salesforce. Thanks to the work he’s done for us, we’ve moved from our inefficient system of tracking activities and contacts on multiple spreadsheets to streamlining everything into Salesforce. He also helped customize workflows, layouts, task tracking and dashboards. We have significantly cut down on the amount of time we spend reconciling updates, increased the accuracy of our information, been more adept at assigning and tracking tasks and are now able to gauge, real-time, where we are on reaching our fundraising goals. Using the CRM he helped us build, we just completed our most successful fundraising event to date, increasing revenue nearly 10% from the previous year.
